macOS 10.14.4 Mojave seems to have improved the Bad UI of system update. Details are as below.
Apple has revamped the Mac App Store with macOS 10.14 Mojave and also returned macOS system updates to the System Preferences panel , which allows you to select release notes, copy and paste, and open links. In addition to being unable to change the window size, the user had to scroll the small window to check the release notes, and was modeled after the Bad UI.
According to John Gruber of Daring Fireball, known as the creator of Markdown, Apple has improved the Bad UI for this system update with macOS 10.14.4 Mojave, and with macOS 10.14.4 and later text selection, copy and paste, click links If you have updated the command line tool and Safari Technology Preview, please check it.
